We only collect this information when you voluntarily submit it through our contact form. We do not collect information passively from form fields — data is transmitted only when you click the submit button.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) may automatically collect limited technical information, including:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referring URL
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Date and time of visit
This information is collected through standard server access logs and is used solely for security monitoring, performance optimization, and aggregate traffic analysis. It is not used to personally identify individual visitors.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiry — When you submit a contact form, we use your information to reply to your request, provide a website review, or discuss potential services.
- To communicate with you — We may follow up by email or phone regarding your inquiry. We will not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.
- To improve the Site — We use aggregate, non-identifying traffic data to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve its content and performance.
- To protect our business — We may use information to detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, security issues, or technical problems.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We have never done so and have no plans to do so.
3. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate the Site. Each service may collect or process data as described below:
FormSubmit (form processing)
Contact form submissions are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). When you submit the form, your data is transmitted to FormSubmit's servers, which forward it to our email address. FormSubmit does not store your submission data permanently. Their privacy policy is available at formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf.
Netlify (hosting)
The Site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Netlify processes server access logs as described above. Their privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.
Google Fonts (typography)
The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When you visit a page, your browser makes a request to Google's servers to retrieve font files. Google may collect your IP address and browser information in connection with this request. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site does not set first-party cookies. We do not use cookie-based analytics, advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or similar tracking technologies.
Third-party services described above may set their own cookies or use similar technologies as described in their respective privacy policies. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings.
5. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are delivered to our email and retained in our email system for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records. We do not maintain a separate database of form submissions.
Server access logs maintained by our hosting provider are retained according to their standard retention schedule, typically no longer than 30 days.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the email address listed below.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- HTTPS encryption on all pages of the Site
- Secure form submission via encrypted connection
- Limited access to personal data (only the business owner)
- Use of reputable third-party service providers with their own security measures
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
